Working with Behzad was our smartest decision
Behzad went above and beyond and made sure that I had a very smooth process in my real estate transaction and purchase. I definitely recommend him as someone trustworthy and competent; he easily overcame all the challenges to make this a worthwhile purchase decision for me. He also covered the inspection cost and brought a nice basket of chocolate on the closing date which was very kind of him.

Working with a real estate consultant turned out to be very profitable for us
Behzad is a great realtor. He goes above and beyond to help his clients. I was a first home buyer and had really specific requests regarding the downpayment. Also as my first big investment, I was extremely picky but Behzad was really patient and took the time to ask me what I’m exactly looking for, search for various projects, and check in with me constantly so that we can find something that I like.

Behzad did an excellent job of helping us buy a place. Quite attentive and very responsive to details, he helped us secure viewing with a place that was impossible to book, securing the deal, and going the extra mile to make sure that we are happy with the purchase.
